HOW TO JOIN THE HOSTED VIP BUYER PROGRAM?
To become our VIP buyer，you need to follow the procedure as below：
1.You can view our Pre-Exhibitors catalogue by searching the suppliers you may be interested via your association or ask from our local representative office;
2.Pre-registering as a VIP buyer via our website link or download & fill the registration form and send to the association first，then the association will collect all and send to our local representative office;
3.Once we received your submission, we will evaluate your information, numbers of suppliers picked and come back to you shortly.
4.After evaluation, we will send confirmation letter to you and plan out the matchmaking schedule for you considering time and accuracy before your itinerary.
WHAT IS THE TIME SCHEDULE FOR THE HOSTED VIP BUYERS PROGRAM?
1.The hosted VIP buyer program starts on the afternoon of the first day, and ends on the morning of the last day;
2. For VIP buyers that from local or beyond, you will be all welcomed to join any half day or the whole day event on the second day.
3. Each meeting with different suppliers will normally lasts for 15-20 mins but still based on VIP buyers' expectations.
WHAT CAN YOU GET FROM THE HOSTED VIP BUYER PROGRAM?
For 2025 Asia Consumer Sourcing Expo, the VIP buyer will receive the hospitality as followings：
1.The VIP buyer can either choose from joining the matchmaking program on-site or just visiting for all buyers from local and beyond;
2. By joining the matchmaking program, you will need to meet minimum 6 suppliers at will in the business matchmaking area for half day. We will offer you a special gift after all the matchmaking.
3. We will offer free coffee, tea and snacks in the matchmaking area and provide buffet lunch on the second day
4.All VIP buyers can get free transportation to the venue.
